The machines use no external weight, meaning all the resistance is provided by one‘s own bodyweight, making them usable and safe to many different types and ages of people.

The machines are made using a combination of materials already familiar to Corocord: Coroflex® (a registered thick cord with inner wires), steel, rubber, and plywood.

The air walker is the first element of the set, made for cardio exercise as well as leg strength training.
